As most of you regulars know, I work as a customer service rep in an inbound call center. Even though I said my
Prayer this morning, it has not helped. I have talked to EVERY stupid person in the world today. I even assisted someone on how do something on line and she STILL got it wrong after I spent 45 minutes and part of my lunch hour on the phone with her. She "yessed" me to death as I was walking her step by step and assuring me that she was following instructions.She STILL couldn't do it right because she wouldn't listen and could not follow instructions. If I didn't catch her mistake.. she could have caused injury to her guys working on the job. These type of people I call "dumber than a box of rocks."
I am on break now, I feel a migraine coming on, so I thought I'd take this time to vent. Thanks for being my shoulder to cry on.

Just follow up your morning prayer with a bedtime prayer of forgiveness. Yeah, that will take care of it.
Tomorrow you will have a clean slate and you can start cursing customers all over again!
The "yes" people are the ones I trust the least. Are you actually getting it or saying yes because you have "tourettes"???

the #1 reason that i work with computers for a living is that i would kill myself if i had to deal with people all day.
I used to work in a National Tech Support center for a computer company. We would have trained techs call in and try and talk me into which part to try and swap out, just because that was the one they had in their car!

You have my deepest sympathies. I too am customer service. Mostly I just get people thretening to "sue the s**t our of me" or call the news paper to report our school buses. I call it "dumb as a box of hair" but same general concept. You and I are going to be good blog buddies. I can tell =)
